Maggie Elmer has specialized in residential and land sales across the Cashiers–Highlands Plateau, including Sapphire and Lake Glenville, since June 2020.

Prior to real estate, she spent eight years teaching middle school math and science at Summit Charter School. She earned her real estate license in March 2019 and shifted her focus to helping clients successfully navigate the Plateau market. She worked with McKee Properties and later Cashiers Sotheby’s International Realty before transitioning to Cashiers Valley Real Estate.

In 2025, Maggie was honored to rank among the Top 50 Brokers in the MLS and looks forward to continuing to grow her business on the Plateau. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and values building strong, lasting relationships. Her background as an educator supports clear communication and a thoughtful understanding of each client’s needs, while her attention to detail helps ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction. As a long-term resident, Maggie also offers extensive local knowledge, trusted contacts, and a truly full-service approach every step of the way.

Maggie moved to the area in 2009 and is proud to call it home. Her husband, Ben, is a fishing guide at Brookings, and together they share life with their French Brittany Spaniels, Pippi and Millie. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys beekeeping, gardening, hiking, camping, and entertaining friends.
